Doing Real Estate On Purpose.
Hi! I’m Chelsea, my pronouns are she/her.
Being in the real estate game for over a year and a half, I learned a few things. One, is that I love this job. Two, there is an aching, desperate need for agents who not just sell, but advocate for their clients. Three, there’s an endless amount to learn in this industry and it’s important to have connections who can help fill in the gaps with expert knowledge.
Outside of work, I am a single mom and have a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix who is in training to be a service dog. He is without a doubt my soul dog and, while we still have a ways to go on his training, I take him with me any chance I get. I bought a house a couple of years ago and it has provided ENDLESS projects {which I’m really great at starting and then getting distracted} as well as a quarter of an acre of green space to play with. I love my Pacific Northwest life! Especially when kayaking the Sound on a summer’s day.
In September of 2023, I made an office switch and am now working with the Better Homes & Gardens Northwest Home Team in Tumwater, WA. While change is often melancholy, I am excited to serve my clients from a base closer to home.
Education & Inclusivity Are Important
As someone who is queer and neurodiverse, I am especially attuned to the fact that everyone has their own challenges. However you identify, whatever color your skin, whatever size or shape you take, I believe that you deserve housing, respect, and a safe person to help you get there. It would be an honor to be that person for you.
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, it’s important to me that I stay as educated as possible as to the needs of my community. I am also passionate about going above and beyond the minimum requirement for education when it comes to real estate law, contracts, and client management. It’s an ongoing journey! And something in which I take pride.
